- ground beef - 1/2 lb
- dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
- can Campbell's bean with bacon, minestrone, tomato or vegetable soup - 1 item
- soup can water - 1 item
How to make
Season beef with salt and pepper; shape into 18 meatballs. In saucepan, brown meatballs (use shortening if necessary); cook over low heat 5 minutes. Pour off fat. Stir in soup and water. Heat; stir now and then. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
