- chopped onions - 2 lb
- stalks celery, chopped - 6 item
- green peppers - 6 item
- light brown sugar - 3 lb
- dry mustard - 4 Tbsp
- white mustard seed - 4 Tbsp
- turmeric - 4 Tbsp
- cayenne pepper - 1 tsp
- cider vinegar - 3 qt
- vinegar, mixed with 1 c - 1 c
How to make artichoke pickles
