- eggs - 2 item

- bread crumbs 1
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper 1/8
- Roll into balls the size of walnuts Mix
- bottle chili sauce 12
- brown sugar 2
- lemon juice 1
How to make barbecue meatballs
Mix meatball ingredients together. Roll into balls the size of walnuts. Roll the balls into flour and brown in fry pan.Sauce:1 c. jellied cranberry sauce12 oz. bottle chili sauce2 Tbsp. brown sugar1 tsp. lemon juice In a pan, simmer sauce ingredients until thick. After this thickens, add meatballs and heat thoroughly. To reheat the next day, do so slowly so it won't scorch or burn. Makes about 50 meatballs.
