- pkg - 2 oz
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- white sugar - 3 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- large can evaporated milk - 1 item
- white Karo syrup - 3 Tbsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
How to make carolyn's fudgeMelt chocolate chips and margarine in warm oven. Mix sugars, milk, Karo syrup and salt and bring to a boil for 11 minutes. Add melted chips and margarine. Add vanilla. Beat until it begins to thicken. Pour onto buttered foil or brown paper.
