Ingredients/Compontents of Cashew cookies recipe
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- margarine - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- cashew nuts - 1/2 c
- margarine
- milk - 4 Tbsp
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
How to make cashew cookies
Icing:4 Tbsp. margarine4 Tbsp. milk2 c. powdered sugar2 tsp. vanilla Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside. Cream margarine and brown sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Then gradually add flour mixture alternately with sour cream. Add nuts. Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.Icing: Combine all ingredients. Spread on cooled cookies.
