Cheese delight-broiled sandwiches
Ingredients/Compontents of Cheese delight-broiled sandwiches recipe
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 lb
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- salad oil - 3 Tbsp
- medium onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- jar stuffed olives, chopped - 1 oz
- hard-boiled eggs, diced - 3 item
How to make cheese delight-broiled sandwiches
Beat cheese, sauce and salad oil in mixer at lowest speed. (It will splatter!) Use cheese at room temperature. Cut up onion, eggs and olives. Blend with mixer into mixture. Pile on sourdough or French bread and broil until brown.Note: Mixture freezes well in container.
