- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- sugar - 2/3 c
- eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1/2 c
How to make chocolate chip sour cream bread
Cream together margarine, sugar and eggs. Mix in sour cream. Stir in flour, baking soda and baking powder. Lightly stir in chocolate chips. Grease and flour a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes until done. Cool. Cover loosely with foil.
