Ingredients/Compontents of Chuck wagon cookies recipe

butter - 1/2 c
sugar - 1/2 c
egg, beaten - 1 item
vanilla - 1/2 tsp
chunky peanut butter - 1/2 c
flour 1
soda - 1 tsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
apple, pared and grated - 1 item

How to make chuck wagon cookies

Cream butter and sugar; add lightly beaten egg and vanilla. Stir in peanut butter. Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture. Add grated apple. Form into balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Press flat with fork. Bake in 375° oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
