Cinnamon rolls
Ingredients/Compontents of Cinnamon rolls recipe
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1 c
- water - 1 c
- lard Crisco - 1/2 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- all-purpose flour 6-8
- warm water - 1/2 c
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- yeast - 2 pkg
- Add 6-8 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- milk - 3 Tbsp
How to make cinnamon rolls
Stir eggs, vanilla, sugars, milk, water, and lard. Add 6-8 c. all-purpose flour. Dissolve yeast pkg. in 1/2 c. warm water and 1 Tbsp. sugar. Add yeast mixture to flour mixture. Knead together and let rise. After risen, roll out and spread butter, cinnamon, and sugar (brown or white). Roll up and slice desired amount of cinnamon rolls. Let rolls rise again. Put 1 stick of melted butter and 1 c. sugar into a baking pan. Place rolls into pan. Cook for 25-30 minutes at 350°. Cover with glaze. Dough will stay good in refrigerator up to 5 days.GLAZE:1 1/2 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1/2 stick butter3 Tbsp. milk Mix powdered sugar, vanilla, butter, and milk together. Will be thick. Put on rolls hot, and it will thin into a glaze.
