Cracker jack cookies
Ingredients/Compontents of Cracker jack cookies recipe
- , softened - 2 sticks
- white sugar - 1 c
- lightly packed brown sugar when measuring, spoon it lightly in cup - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- flour 1
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- old-fashioned oatmeal - 2 c
- coconut - 1 c
- Rice Krispies - 2 c
- chopped nuts - 1 c
How to make cracker jack cookies
Preheat oven to 350°. Thoroughly cream together oleo and sugars; add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Sift together flour, baking powder and soda. Combine flour and egg mixture; add oatmeal, coconut, cereal and nuts and mix well. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes or until brown. Remove from baking sheet immediately. Makes 6 dozen.
