- butter - 1 c
- sugar - 1 c
- egg yolks - 2 item
- flour - 2 c
- nuts, finely chopped - 1 c
- jam - 1/2 3/4
How to make czechoslovakian cookies
Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Add egg yolks; mix until blended. Slowly add flour and nuts; mix until blended. Spoon 1/2 of the nut mixture into 8-inch square pan; spread evenly. Cover mixture in pan with jam and pat remaining mixture over jam, covering jam completely. Put in a cold oven; turn oven on to 325° and bake for 1 hour.
