Ingredients/Compontents of Eggnog cookies recipe
- shortening - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- granulated sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- eggnog - 1 c
- flour 2
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- finely ground nuts - 1/2 c
How to make eggnog cookies
Cream shortening, sugars, vanilla, egg and eggnog. Sift together flour, soda, salt and nutmeg; then add to sugar mixture. Add nuts. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
