- salted rice, cooked and drained - 1 c
- cooked, deveined shrimp - 2 c
- sour cream - 2 c
- cooked peas - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- salt, pepper and paprika - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 1/4 c
- lemons - 2 item
How to make french chantilly cocktailIn a large bowl, mix together rice, shrimp, cream, peas and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. Taste and correct the seasoning. Chill covered in refrigerator.
When ready to serve, fill into chilled glasses and garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slice and paprika.
