- crme filled chocolate cookies - 24 item
- melted margarine - 1/4 c
- Filling:1 jar marshmallow
- green Crme de Menthe - 1/4 c
- pint whipping cream - 1 item
How to make frozen grasshopper pie
Or use 1 prepared chocolate crust.Filling:1 jar marshmallow1/4 c. green Crme de Menthe1 pint whipping cream Crust: Finely crush cookies. Mix with melted margarine. Press into 9-inch pie plate, reserving 1/2 c. mixture for topping if desired.Filling: Mix marshmallow and Crme de Menthe until well mixed. Whip cream and fold into mixture. Pour into piecrust. Sprinkle with topping (if desired). Freeze. Decorate with whipped cream Rosettes before serving.
