- peeled frozen shrimp - 1 lb
- large cloves garlic, minced - 2 item

- dry sherry 1
- Worcestershire sauce 1
How to make gambas al ajillo(tio pepe's shrimp in garlic)
Combine parsley, lemon juice, thyme, red pepper and salt. Add shrimp and stir to coat. Cover and let stand for 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally. In 10-inch skillet, cook garlic in oil until lightly browned. Add shrimp and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add sherry and Worcestershire; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve immediately and with a good crusty bread or rolls!
