Ingredients/Compontents of Grasshopper cookies recipe
- egg whites - 2 item
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cream of tartar - 1/2 tsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- creme de menthe - 1 tsp
- chocolate chips - 6 oz
- green food coloring - 1 item
How to make grasshopper cookies
Preheat oven to 375°. Combine first 4 ingredients and beat until stiff. Fold in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls on foil-covered cookie sheets. Turn oven off and leave cookies in oven overnight. Store in tins between wax paper. May be frozen.
