- hot mashed potatoes - 3 c
- pork sausage links, cooked and drained - 1 lb
- Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
How to make homesteader's casserole
Combine green beans in 2-quart dish. Layer half the potatoes, sausage and cheese. Top with remaining potatoes. Combine vegetables, remaining sausage and cheese. Cover; bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
