Ingredients/Compontents of Italian ricotta cookies recipe
- margarine - 1 lb
- eggs - 3 item
- Ricotta - 1 lb
- sugar - 2 c
- flour 4
- baking powder - 4 tsp
How to make italian ricotta cookies
Cream margarine, eggs and Ricotta. Add sugar, flour and baking powder. Roll dough with hands into very small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 350° oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Do not brown cookies.Icing: Combine confectioners sugar mixed with very little milk. Make as much as needed to cover cookies.
