- raw cranberries 1/2
- sugar 1
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- pkg - 1 oz
- hot water - 1 c
- nuts, chopped 1/2
- celery, chopped 1/2
How to make janie's cranberry relish-salad
Cook cranberries with small amount of water until cranberries are cooked. Add sugar and pineapple. Combine Jell-O and hot water until dissolved. Combine Jell-O with cranberry mixture. Add nuts and celery. Chill and serve.Note: For diabetics, use sugar-free Jell-O and add sugar substitute to cranberries instead of regular sugar.
