Ingredients/Compontents of Lemon cake pudding recipe
- flour - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- grated lemon rind 1
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- sugar - 1 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- egg whites, stiffly beaten - 2 item
How to make lemon cake pudding
Sift together into a bowl flour, sugar and salt. Stir in grated lemon rind, lemon juice, egg and milk. Fold in egg whites. Pour into 1 qt. casserole bowl and set it in a pan of water 1 inch deep. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
