- The Dressing:1/3 c Marinate
- onion juice shred and strain through a fine mesh strainer - 2 tsp
- soy sauce 1

- toasted sesame seeds - 2 tsp
- cider vinegar 3
- dry mustard 1/2

How to make mandarin chicken salad and dressing
The Fixin's: water chestnuts pea pods bacon diced red pepper mandarin orange segments The Toppings: sliced almonds1/4 c. toasted sesame seeds fried wontons The Grilled Chicken Marinade:1/2 c. soy sauce4 sliced green onions1 lb. boneless skinless chicken1/4 c. orange juice1 medium clove garlic, minced Marinate 1 to 24 hours (the longer the time, the more flavor).The Dressing:1/3 c. sugar2 1/2 tsp. onion juice (shred and strain through a fine mesh strainer)1 tsp. soy sauce salt to taste2 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds3 Tbsp. cider vinegar1/2 tsp. dry mustard1/2 c. olive oil Mix the first 6 ingredients with an electric mixer set on medium. While mixing, slowly drizzle in the olive oil. Beat until thickened. Add toasted sesame seeds and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes.Just before serving, toss together greens, chicken and fixin's with the dressing. Top with almonds, toasted sesame seeds and fried wontons. Enjoy!
