Ingredients/Compontents of Melt-in-your-mouth chicken pie recipe
- - 1 chicken
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- stick melted margarine - 1 item
- buttermilk - 1 c
- chicken broth - 2 c
- can Veg-All, drained - 1 item
How to make melt-in-your-mouth chicken pie
Cook chicken; take off bone and cut into pieces. Place in 9 x 13 bowl or pan. Spread Veg-All on top of chicken. In pan, mix and bring to boil 2 cups of chicken broth and soup. Pour over Veg-All and chicken.For Crust: Mix margarine, pepper, salt, flour and buttermilk together. Spoon batter over top. Bake at 425° for 25 to 30 minutes.
