Ingredients/Compontents of Mexican chef's salad recipe
- onion - 1 item
- tomatoes - 4 item
- head lettuce - 1 item
- grated cheese - 4 oz
- 1000 Island or French Dressing - 8 oz
- hot sauce to taste - 1 item
- bag tortilla chips - 1 item
- large avocado - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- drained kidney beans - 1 can
- salt - 1/4 tsp
How to make mexican chef's salad
Chop onion, tomatoes and lettuce. Toss with grated cheese and dressing. Add hot sauce, if desired. Slice and add avocado. Brown beef, kidney beans and salt; simmer 10 minutes. Add to cold salad. Crunch tortilla chips and add. Garnish with chips, avocado and tomato slices. Serve pronto!
