How to make mexican chili dip
*You can use V-8 or any Bloody Mary mix.Melt cheese over low heat (double boiler or microwave). Add peppers, chili powder, cumin, beef and cheeses. Stir over low heat until well blended. If mixture is too thick (and it will be), add V-8 juice, a couple of tablespoons at a time, until you reach the consistency you like.
Serve hot with tortilla chips. Chips should not break when dipping. A favorite of all ages!
