Ingredients/Compontents of Mini cheesecake recipe
- vanilla wafers - 12 item
- 8 oz cream cheese - 2 item
- cups sugar - 1/2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
How to make mini cheesecake
Line muffin tin with foil liners. Place 1 wafer in each liner. Mix cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar on medium speed until well blended: add eggs. Mix well. Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full. Bake for 25 minutes ant 325 degrees. Remove from pan when cool. Chill. Top with fruit preserves or cherry pie filling.
