Mini quicki quiches
Ingredients/Compontents of Mini quicki quiches recipe
- can Pillsbury refrigerated quick butterflake dinner rolls - 8 oz
- can tiny shrimp, drained or diced ham 2
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- brandy - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- dash pepper - 1 item
- chopped pimento - 1 tsp
- half and half - 1/2 c
- parsley flakes - 1/2 tsp
- 1/2 c - 2 oz
How to make mini quicki quichesHeat oven to 375°. Generously grease 24 miniature muffin cups. Separate dough into 12 pieces. Divide each roll in half. Press dough in muffin cups, covering bottom and sides. Divide shrimp or ham evenly among shells.
In small bowl, combine egg, half and half, brandy, salt, pepper, pimiento and parsley flakes. Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon mixture into each shell. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes or until puffy and light golden brown. Makes 24 appetizers.
