Ingredients/Compontents of Mocha cream frosting recipe
- confectioners sugar - 3 c
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- butter or margarine - 1/3 c
- instant coffee granules - 2 to
- hot water - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 2 3
- vanilla - 1 tsp
How to make mocha cream frosting
Combine confectioners sugar and cocoa. Cream butter with 1/2 cup cocoa mixture in small bowl. Combine instant coffee and hot water until dissolved. Add remaining cocoa mixture alternately with coffee and milk; beat until spreading consistency. Blend in vanilla. Makes about 2 1/4 cups frosting.
