Ingredients/Compontents of Porcupine meat balls recipe
- ground beef - 1 lb
- uncooked rice - 1/2 c
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- water more if needed - 3/4 c
How to make porcupine meat balls
Combine meat, rice, onion, salt and pepper. Form into balls. Mix soup and water in pan. Drop meat balls in pan. Cover and cook until rice is done, approximately 30 minutes.
