Ingredients/Compontents of Pork meatballs recipe
- pork ground - 1 lb
- egg - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- garlic to taste - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- bell pepper can add to any recipe - 1 item
- small cans tomato paste - 2 item
- chili powder to taste - 1 item
- water - 1 item
How to make pork meatballs
Can use Italian seasoning. Meatballs can be browned in chicken fat.Brown pork, mixed with egg, salt, pepper and garlic. Remove; put in big pot that has the 2 small cans tomato paste, water and chili powder. Now brown onion and bell pepper. Put into pot. Simmer long time because the meatballs should be made big, 2 or 3 hours. Can be doubled or more. Six pounds for about 8 people. Some left over freezes well. Serve over noodles.
