Ingredients/Compontents of Pork meatballs recipe

  • pork ground - 1 lb
  • egg - 1 item
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • garlic to taste - 1 item
  • onion - 1 item
  • bell pepper can add to any recipe - 1 item
  • small cans tomato paste - 2 item
  • chili powder to taste - 1 item
  • water - 1 item

How to make pork meatballs

Can use Italian seasoning. Meatballs can be browned in chicken fat.

Brown pork, mixed with egg, salt, pepper and garlic. Remove; put in big pot that has the 2 small cans tomato paste, water and chili powder. Now brown onion and bell pepper. Put into pot. Simmer long time because the meatballs should be made big, 2 or 3 hours. Can be doubled or more. Six pounds for about 8 people. Some left over freezes well. Serve over noodles.
