Rotel chicken casserole
Ingredients/Compontents of Rotel chicken casserole recipe
- spaghetti - 1/2 pkg
- jar Cheez Whiz - 8 oz
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- chicken breasts, diced - 4 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
How to make rotel chicken casserole
Boil spaghetti and chicken breasts until done. Combine Cheez Whiz and Ro-Tel tomatoes. Microwave until cheese is melted. Then add soup to mixture and dice chicken and add to mixture. Grease 9 x 13 casserole dish with cooking spray. Place cooked spaghetti in dish and pour mixture over spaghetti. Salt and pepper. Top with shredded cheese. Bake on 350° for 30 minutes.Freezes great. Just wait and add shredded cheese when ready to cook.
