Salmon casserole
Ingredients/Compontents of Salmon casserole recipe
- salmon, skinned, flaked and boned 16 oz 2
- sharp cheese, grated 2
- Kellogg's herb seasoned croutons 2
- eggs - 4 item
- milk 2
- Worcestershire sauce 1/2
- dry mustard 1/2
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make salmon casserole
Layer salmon, cheese and croutons in 8 x 8-inch Pyrex casserole. Beat eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard together; add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over layers. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour until set. Serves 6.
