- melted margarine 1/4
- salt 1
- pepper 1/4
- instant onion 1/2
- can Cream of Mushroom Soup - 1 item
- can milk - 1/2 item
- pint sour cream two cartons - 1 item
- grated cheddar cheese 2
How to make scalloped hash browns
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl and pour into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Serves 12.
