Scalloped pineapple
Ingredients/Compontents of Scalloped pineapple recipe
- margarine 2 sticks 1
- sugar 2
- whole eggs - 4 item
- homogenized milk 1/4
- white bread cubes 4
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
How to make scalloped pineapple
Cream margarine with sugar. Beat in the eggs; fold in milk, bread cubes and pineapple. Stir well. Spray 9 x 13 Pyrex baking dish with Pam or other spray. Pour mixture into baking dish.Preheat oven to 350°. Bake approximately 1 hour. Good served warm.
Note: Don't pack bread down in measuring cup. Measure loose (approximately 16 slices of bread, cubed and cut off crust). I use electric knife to trim crust and cube bread.
