- chopped nuts - 1 c
- Ritz crackers, crushed - 16 item
- Cool Whip - 1 item
- cream of tartar - 1/4 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
How to make school teacher's pie
Beat egg whites, add cream of tartar and beat until stiff; add sugar and vanilla. Fold in crackers and nuts. Pour into ungreased pan and bake 30 minutes at 350°.
