  • butter, melted - 10 Tbsp
  • flour - 10 Tbsp
  • milk - 3 c
  • bell pepper - 1 c
  • celery - 1 c
  • onions - 1 c
  • crabmeat - 1 lb
  • stick butter - 3/4 item
  • boiled and peeled shrimp - 2 lb
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp

How to make shrimp-crab au gratin

Saute pepper, celery and onions in butter. Mix flour and butter and microwave 1 minute. Add milk and microwave 5 minutes. Whisk until smooth and thick white sauce. Mix together all ingredients and pour into casserole. Top with crushed potato chips. B
