Spinach balls
Ingredients/Compontents of Spinach balls recipe
- pkg - 2 oz
- Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing - 2 c
- large onion, diced - 1 item
- eggs - 4 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- butter, melted - 3/4 c
- thyme 1
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
How to make spinach balls
Cook spinach and drain. Squeeze liquid out when draining spinach. Mix all ingredients thoroughly; chill 2 hours or more. Roll into balls one inch in diameter. Freeze or refrigerate until ready to use. Bake about 30 minutes until golden. Makes 4 to 5 dozen balls.
