Ingredients/Compontents of Sugar-free tea muffins recipe
- sifted all-purpose flour - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- bran flakes - 1 c
- chopped raisins - 1 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- water - 1/2 c
- Sweet 'N Low - 3 pkg
- melted butter - 1 Tbsp
- Beat egg, water, Sweet 'N Low and oil; stir into dry ingredients, mixing as little as possible
- Sweet 'N Low - 8 pkg
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- melted butter - 1/2 tsp
How to make sugar-free tea muffins
Sift dry ingredients together, then add bran flakes. Beat egg, water, Sweet 'N Low and oil; stir into dry ingredients, mixing as little as possible. Stir in raisins. Cook in muffin pans at 400° for 25 minutes. Frost if desired. Makes 12 servings.Cream Frosting:1/2 c. cottage cheese8 pkg. Sweet 'N Low pinch of salt1/2 tsp. melted butter
