Tuna spread
Ingredients/Compontents of Tuna spread recipe
- cans white or albacore tuna in water - 2 oz
- low-fat cream cheese Neufchatel, cut into 6 pieces 4
- mayonnaise can use low-fat 2
- fresh lemon juice 2
- sliced scallions 1/4
- cayenne pepper 1/2
- chopped parsley 1/2
- soy sauce can use low sodium 1
- sherry 1
How to make tuna spread
Mix tuna in blender or food processor until broken. Add remaining ingredients and mix until fairly smooth; don't puree. Refrigerate until slightly thickened, about 1 hour. Serve with whole grain crackers and fresh vegetables.
